Products

Fairlight Shelf sells digital downloads only. All products are delivered as PDF files via instant digital download. There are no physical products and no physical shipping.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment processor.

Digital Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive your digital download link on the order confirmation page and via email. Downloads are available immediately. If you do not receive your download within 24 hours, contact us at info@thefairlightshelf.com.

VIP Membership

  • Price: $42.95 every 30 days
  • What's included: Access to every current guide in the Fairlight Shelf library, plus all new guides published during your membership.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Renewal reminders: We will send a reminder email 5-7 days before your subscription renews.
  • Refunds: VIP Membership charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content, including guide text, cover designs, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of ECOMWEATHER LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share purchased guides without written permission. Guides are licensed for personal use only.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share purchased guides
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source files from our products
  • Use our store for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties
