Digital Products — All Sales Final

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered to you. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery begins immediately.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Non-delivery: If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, contact us and we will either re-send the link or issue a full refund.
• Corrupted or defective file: If your downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or issue a full refund.

VIP Membership Subscription

VIP Membership charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops billing at the end of your current 30-day cycle — you will not be charged again, but no partial refund is issued for the remaining days in that cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@thefairlightshelf.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within one business day, Monday through Friday.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with proof of digital delivery (download logs, email confirmation, IP records). We encourage you to reach out to us first — we want to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
